当店の商品は、多くが受注製造の商品です。
そのため、ご注文をいただいてから、商品発送まで、お時間をいただきます。
お待ちいただく期間は、５営業日から半年・１年先までなど、商品により様々です。

発送に関するお知らせや、目安の期間については、都度ご連絡させていただきます。
お届け時間指定は、もちろんご指定いただけますが、お届け日指定は、商品柄難しいことをご理解ください。

●返品を受け付ける条件
開封時に刃こぼれがあったり、商品仕様が違っていたりした場合。
その他、不明に思われる際には、ご一報下さい。
商品ご到着後８日以内に電話及びメール連絡いただいたもののみお受けいたします。

●返品の送料・手数料の負担について
初期不良の場合は当社が負担いたします。

返品商品到着確認後、１０日以内にご指定口座にお振込いたします。
